Access your Community Portal using your username and password. If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to register first.
View Your Balance
From your dashboard, you'll see your current balance due. Click "View Account Detail" to see a complete breakdown of charges and payments.
Note: The balance shown may not include assessments that aren't yet due. Check your statement for upcoming charges.
Click Pay Now
Click the "Pay Now" button on your dashboard. You'll be redirected to the secure payment portal.
Enter Payment Details
Enter the amount you wish to pay and your payment method information:
- •For card payments: Enter card number, expiration date, and CVV
- •For bank transfer: Enter routing and account numbers
Submit and Confirm
Review your payment details and click submit. You'll receive a confirmation number and email receipt.
Keep your confirmation: Save or print your confirmation number for your records.
