Chris Broach

President & Founder

Chris Broach is the President and Founder of Blue Hawk Management, bringing over 25 years of experience as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). He earned his PCAM designation from the Community Associations Institute in 2013, representing the highest level of professional achievement in community association management.
A dedicated industry leader, Chris has served on the CAI Magazine Committee since 2012 and received the Distinguished Volunteer of the Year award in 2015. He was elected to the DFW CAI Chapter Board of Directors in 2018, served as Vice President in 2020, President-Elect in 2021, and Board President in 2022.
A lifelong DFW resident, Chris attended Collin College and the University of North Texas. Outside of his professional role, he enjoys exploring national parks with his family and actively participating in his children's activities.
Aubrey Broach
Director of Operations

Aubrey is the Director of Operations at Blue Hawk Management. She joined the company in April 2022 following a successful tenure in the medical industry, bringing with her a strong foundation in operational leadership, process optimization, and organizational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from Texas Woman's University, a background that strengthens her ability to support people-centered processes and foster effective team dynamics. Recognized for her strategic mindset and commitment to supporting sustainable growth, Aubrey plays a key role in strengthening company performance and cross departmental alignment.
