Access the Community Portal using your credentials to view your account dashboard.

Review Current Balance
Your dashboard displays your current balance due, last payment amount, and payment date.
Step 3
Check Account History
Click 'View Account Detail' to see your complete transaction history and payment records.
Step 4
Make a Payment
Use the 'Pay Now' button to be redirected to the secure payment portal for your association.

- Your current balance may not reflect upcoming assessments that are not yet due
- For example, if you login on December 31st, January 1st assessments may not be included
- Refer to your recent statement or coupon for upcoming assessment amounts
