Your complete guide to navigating the Community Portal
Your Account Dashboard
When you login to the Community Portal, you'll see your Home page with an account dashboard containing important information about your account:
Account Number
Your unique account number assigned by the management company
Property Address
Your property address within the association
Account Status
Current delinquency status of your account
Last Payment
Date and amount of your most recent payment
Current Balance Due
Your current outstanding balance (may not reflect upcoming assessments not yet due)
Note: The balance may not reflect upcoming assessments that are not yet due. For example, if you login on December 31st, January 1st assessments may not be included. Refer to your recent statement or coupon for new assessments.
