How to Access Your Documents
Log In to the Community Portal
Go to www.gotomyhoa.com and log in with your username and password.
Not registered yet? Click Register Here / Get Initial Login on the login page — you'll need your street number and account number (found on your assessment statement).
You can also access documents via the CommunityLink mobile app using the same login credentials.
Click the "Documents" Tab
Once logged in, look at the left-side navigation menu and click on the Documents tab.
This is where all community documents shared by your HOA are organized and stored.
Browse Document Folders
Documents are organized into folders. Common folders include:
- Governing Documents — CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations
- Design Guidelines — Architectural standards and criteria
- Financial Documents — Budgets, audits, reserve studies
- Meeting Minutes — Board and annual meeting records
- General Documents — Notices, newsletters, and community info
Click on a folder name to expand it and see the documents inside.
Open or Download a Document
Click on the name of any document to open it directly in your browser, or look for a download icon to save it to your device.
Most documents are in PDF format — you may need a PDF viewer (Adobe Acrobat or your browser's built-in viewer) to open them.
Can't Find a Document?
If you cannot locate a specific document in the portal, there are a few options:
- Use the Search feature at the top of the Documents section if available.
- Contact your community manager directly — they can share or email you a copy.
- Some documents may only be visible to board members depending on access settings.
Note About Document Availability
Not all documents may be visible to every resident. Access depends on the permissions set by your association's administrator. Board members may have access to additional financial and legal documents not available to general homeowners. Contact Blue Hawk Management if you believe you should have access to a document you cannot find.
