My HOA Contacts
Where to find your board members, committee contacts, and Blue Hawk Management team information in the Community Portal.
Contact information for your HOA is available in several places within the Community Portal. The most common sources are the Portal Home Page, the Announcements section, and the Shared Groups directory where board members and committees are listed.
1. Check the Portal Home Page First
Blue Hawk Management often places key contact information directly on your community's portal home page for quick access. After logging in, look for a contact block, welcome message, or sidebar panel near the top of the page — it may include:
- Your community manager's name and contact email
- The Blue Hawk Management main office phone number
- Emergency after-hours contact numbers
- Board officer names and positions
If contact info is not visible on the home page, your manager may have placed it in an Announcement (see below).
2. Look in Announcements
Blue Hawk Management commonly posts HOA contact information — including board member names, committee contacts, and management office details — as a pinned announcement in the portal.
Log in to your Community Portal at gotomyhoa.com.
In the left-side navigation menu, click Announcements.
Browse the announcements list for any post titled "Contacts," "Board Members," "HOA Directory," or similar.
Click the announcement title to open the full message — contact details are typically listed inside.
Announcements may be set to Public (visible to everyone) or Group(visible only to specific members). If you cannot see a particular announcement, it may be restricted to board members only.
3. Find Board Members via Shared Groups
The portal uses Association Groups to organize members by role — including the Board of Directors, ARC Committee, Social Committee, and other groups. You can view group members to identify who holds which board or committee position.
Log in to your Community Portal and navigate to the Groups or Directory section in the left-side menu (the label may vary by community).
Look for a group named Board of Directors, Board Members, or your association's specific board group name.
Click on the group to view the member list, which shows names and positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Member at Large, etc.).
To contact a board member, use the message or contact option within the portal, or reach out through your community manager at Blue Hawk.
Note: Group visibility depends on your community's portal settings. Some groups may only be visible to members within that group or to admins.
